敏感肌なのですが、Finnの化粧品は使えますか?

A: お肌の質や状態は個々人によって千差万別ですので、一概には

  言えませんが、基本的に敏感肌の方でも安心してご使用頂いて

  います。敏感肌の主な原因は表皮のバリア機能の衰えにより

  外界の刺激を肌が敏感に感じる為に起こります。

  Finnの化粧品をお使いになると、水分たっぷりのコラーゲンの

  膜が、荒れて敏感になったお肌を優しく覆い外界の刺激から

  お肌を護ります。

お肌の健康を維持する為に洗顔は欠かせませんが、勿論、洗いすぎは

かえってお肌を荒らしますので、注意が必要です。

FINN社では、乾燥肌、普通肌の方には、就寝前に洗顔剤を使って洗顔、

そして、朝はぬるま湯のみでの洗顔をお勧めしています。脂性の方で、

朝、洗顔剤を使わないと、さっぱりしないという方は、朝晩の2度、

洗顔剤を使っての洗顔がよろしいでしょう。そして、通常はスクラブ無しの洗顔剤を、1週間に1度か2度はスクラブ入りの洗顔剤をご使用いただくと

効果的です。

 

Finnの洗顔剤は少量で効果がでます。5ミリ程を出して、多めのぬるま湯で

泡立ててください。

 

このスクラブ洗願剤の主な目的は、肌表面の角質細胞を取り除き、肌の

ターンオーバーを早くする事に有ります。ターンオーバーとは、表皮の

生まれ変わりの事で、これによって、表皮には常に新しい細胞が

入れ替わっている事になり、そのため、表皮にできた傷、くすみ、

しみなどは自然と消えていきます。(ただし、表皮の下の真皮までの

傷やくすみ、しみなどはそのまま残ることがあります。)

 

このターンオーバーにかかる速度は、通常、ティーンエージャーで、

21日~28日ですが、中年以上になると、28日~42日、50歳以上で、

42日~84日もかかるようになり、結果として、傷の治りも遅くなるし、

しみができてもそのまま残ってしまう事になる訳です。

 

加齢にともなって、肌がくすむ、硬くなる、小ジワが出来るといった状態になるのは、この為で、古い角質をとると、毛穴が詰りにくくなるし、

ターンオーバーの速度を早めますので、肌の新陳代謝が良くなり、

シミやしわの改善に役立ちます。

 

FINN社のスクラブ洗顔剤は、モンモリロナイトという自然の粘土を

使っていますので、肌を傷つけることなく、お肌に無理なく古い角質を

取り除き、ターンオーバーの速度を速めます。

朝お使いになる化粧品は外界からの刺激から肌を護るバリアの

働きをする必要があり、就寝前にお使いになる化粧品は、日中、

外界からの刺激で傷んだ肌を修復する働きをする必要があります。

Finnの化粧品の主要な原料である鮭皮のエキスには、多種の

アミノ酸が混在していますが、肌のバリアの働きをするアミノ酸も

肌を修復する働きのあるアミノ酸も含まれていますので、昼用と

しても夜用としても、お使い頂けます。

A quick treatment when getting burned /spraining a limb

While cooking, I was thinking about what daily life tip I would

write about this time. Suddenly, my instep got a burning sensation.

Looked what happened in a fluster, I found a drop from the lid

of a flying pan dripped down onto my instep. It surely was hot

as it had just been steam.

 

Right away, I provided my treatment method to the burn, and

the irritation has soon gone.

 

Now, I have decided to write about what I do for the initial

treatment when I get a burn or a sprain.

 

It is not a big thing.

 

Fold a tissue paper into an adequate size and wet it with cold water.

Place the paper onto the affected area.

 When you get a burn from cooking, you can soon cool

your hand or arm with running water, but it is a bit

troublesome to cool your insole with running water, isn't it?

(It may also be troublesome to cool your hand or arm with

running water for quite a while when cooking.)

 

In such cases, putting a cold wet tissue on the injured area

is much easier to do.  If you wear a sock over top, although

the sock will be a bit wet, the tissue will be held in place.

 

You do not need to prepare an ice-cube or ice-pack.

Just cold water will do the job.

 

You only have to water the tissue again a few times when

it is not cool anymore as the inflammation must be constantly

cooled down.

 

Talking from my experience, I've sprained my right ankle about

two months ago, and my pain was gone in three days because

I did this treatment as soon as possible.

 

My ankle twisted when I was waiting to cross the road.

Although I could not find the right place to do my treatment nearby,

I was able to cool my ankle with a wet tissue at a fast-food restaurant

that I finally found. (Of course, I had ordered a food and drink there.)

With the cold wet tissue, covered by my sock, my injured ankle was

kept cool until I got home.

  

After arriving home, I had changed the wet tissue a few times to keep

cooling down the affected area. I felt much more relieved the following

day, and I could walk normally the day after that.

 

A while ago ( about more than 10 years ago), I twisted my

ankle outside by accident.  As I had no idea what can be

done outside, I gave up on first aid treatment.  I finally cooled

my injury when I arrived at home with running water and

a cool compress.   It seemed it was too late, though, as my pain

did not go away for more than a month.

On very cold days, I sometimes still feel pain in that area.

 

For both burns and sprains, I believe a speedy treatment is

most important.

 

Some say, use an ice-pack for sprains. I wonder if this aid

is practical as it makes both the affected area and the surroundings

very cold.

 

In my opinion, the cold water is enough to cool the inflamed area.

 

From my experience, this way is also useful when the neck is

sprained while sleeping.

 

(My strong belief : It is not good to do anything excessively.

I think that making your skin too cold is no good either.)

 

Well now, I want to tell you one more thing.

 

As I keep saying, the most important thing to do is to cool down

the burn right away. In addition to cooling, it is good to apply

Finn's Marine Collagen gel.

 

I cannot say Finn's Marine Collagen gel is effective for burns

as it is not medicine. But from my experience, a burn mark won't

remain nor strain the skin if it is continuously applied until

the burn is fully healed.

 

In fact, I've gotten a burn three times on my wrists while cooking.

When I tried taking out the food from the oven, the door had sprang

back and burned my wrist. Two times in my left and one time in my

right wrist. (Aren't I stupid to do the same mistake repeatedly? Three

times! ) The first two times, I had keep applying Finn's gel until it's got

better. Now, there is no scar left in these two areas. The third, I applied

at the beginning and forgot later. The result - there is a slight small scar

remaining in my left wrist.
